We are pleased to announce that Elliot Carlyle, Founder & President of CURRENT•LY Global, will return to Fashion Week Brooklyn (FWBK) as a featured host for Season 2, 2025.
As part of this season’s theme, “Concept to Runway,” Elliot will host the SLAYWAY Showcase and the Global Runway Showcase on Friday, October 17, 2025. His presence continues to reinforce his commitment to elevating diverse voices and building creative bridges across global fashion communities.

ARE YOU THE NEXT IT BOY? Male model competition
The competition is a dynamic model search designed to find the next generation of “it-boys” across three categories: Body, Image, and Face. It’s powered by Fashion Week Brooklyn and directed in partnership with CURRENT•LY Global.
Registration is LIVE now via the Next It Boy Model Registration page!
RSVP is mandatory to attend the open call. Walk-ins will not be guaranteed entry. Open call will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2025, in Manhattan, from 4:00pm - 8:30pm, followed by a networking event until 11:30pm.
Open to male-identifying individuals ages 18 and older as of the date of the open call. All participants must present a valid government-issued ID at the time of check-in.
Participants must be able to travel to New York City at their own expense for the live finals if selected as a Top finalist. No prior modeling experience is required.
